We stand behind every DewBrush with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. No questions asked. Simply email us at hello@trend-store.shop with your order number and reason for the return.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@trend-store.shop with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]".
2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions if applicable.
4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we confirm your request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your DewBrush arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost. Please include a photo of the damage in your email.

Non-Refundable Items

Items returned after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund. Items that show clear signs of misuse beyond normal wear may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please wait 2 additional business days (packages are sometimes left with neighbors or held at a local facility). If still missing, contact us and we'll investigate and reship or refund.
